Chef Valentino Sandoval, a native of Puebla, Mexico, began his culinary venture in Philadelphia, PA at the beginning of 1996. While there, he worked his way into the kitchens of Italian chef Marc Vetri, and Michelin-rated chef Walter Abrams—formerly of Napa Valley hotspot The French Laundry.

With 25 years of culinary dreams behind him, Chef Sandoval now steps into the future holding the keys to his first, self-owned restaurant, BMORE TAQUERIA! Located in Upper Fells Point, Baltimore at 1733 Eastern Ave. “We are set to open October 20, 2021 and I feel nothing but gratitude” he says!
