What is La Calle bringing to the table? Deep-rooted Mexican traditions smacked with modern culinary fundamentals! This means everything from the masa to the sauces will have special attention to detail, using the freshest local Maryland and indigenous Mexican ingredients. Ancient chocolate mole, crossed with exotic chiles, slow cooked ​barbacoa stuffed into fresh tortilla, savory sauces such as truffle cuitlacoche aioli and poblano peppers ala crema, all made with love in an open style Baltimore kitchen. Traditional Mexican Drinks with a twist will be coupled with an exciting seasonal menu.

Corn masa empanada stuffed w. Mushroom and Oaxaca cheese. Served with roasted tomatillo sauce

Aguachile de la Passion

Fluke fish, diced cucumbers, red onion and pomegranate. topped with tortilla strips and served with Passion fruit and manzano sauce

Second Course / Choice of

Pescado Fresco en Pipian

Pan seared wahoo fish in pipian sauce, served with sautéed broccolini and black rice

Tradicional Chile Relleno Vegetariano

Vegetarian poblano pepper stuffed with a blend of Oaxaca, queso fresco and Chihuahua cheese, and squash blossoms. Served in tomato broth and a side of rice

Carne Asada

Grilled hanger steak topped with green Adobo sauce. Served with roasted baby potatoes and traditional cactus salad

Tres Leches

Sponge cake soaked in three milks, topped with fresh strawberries

Pastel de Chocolate

Chocolate cake topped with chocolate ganache, strawberry sauces
